This online(zoom) workshop will introduce participants to the Feldenkrais method a gentle and accessible movement practice, highlighting unique ways in which it helps create lasting improvements in physical and emotional well-being:
- heal trauma
- increase resilience
- reduce stress and anxiety
- deal with chronic pain
- improve posture, balance and coordination
- prevent injury and speed up recovery
Workshop will begin with a brief intro, followed by a group Feldenkrais lesson and Q&A.
