NEW CLIENTS: We do not accept "part time" riders (riders who ride less than once a week) with the exception of our "LEAD LINE" lessons. While the first lesson is no-obligation to continue, please only book introductory/evaluation lessons if you are intending to enroll in group/private lessons for the current month. New clients that are moving into group lessons should do so within 2 weeks of their introductory lesson (ideally you start your second lesson the same week so that you still remember most of the skills taught on you first lesson and can continue building on it).Please see our Facebook group for current group lesson availability.
CANCELATIONS:LESSONS: Any lesson cancellations require 32 hours notice to be granted a make up lesson (by 9am the day before your scheduled lesson), no exceptions.SHOWS: Barn show cancellations require 2 weeks notice. Show team cancellations require 3 weeks notice. Cancellations after the given date will still owe all payments in full.
MONTHLY SCHEDULING-Lesson scheduling opens on the 15th day of the previous month (only your regular lesson slot can be can be booked at that time). Lessons cannot be scheduled until a lesson package has been purchased (you may NOT use any make up credit to book your regular lesson times), please be sure to purchase the appropriate package for your month (4 or 5 lessons x number of riders). -Make up scheduling opens on the last day of the previous month. Any students who have not paid for their monthly lesson at that time will loose their lesson spot.
MAKE UP LESSONS-Lesson slots open on the last day of the previous month may be booked for make up lessons up to two weeks out.-You have 45 days from initial purchase to use make up credits, after that they will expire. No refunds will be granted for any reason.-Rider must be currently enrolled in lessons for the current month to use make up credits. Credits are not transferable outside of family members.
