Administering Emergency Oxygen
Administering Emergency Oxygen is an on-site class that gives participants the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care to a victim of a breathing emergency using breathing devices, including resuscitation masks, bag-valve-mask resuscitators (BVMs) and emergency oxygen. Current Certificate indicating Adult, Child or Infant CPR or CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and Health Care Providers or equivalent must be presented prior to class.
Our BasicPlus on-site training is a combined adult CPR, AED, and first aid training program designed specifically for the occupational first aid provider. This extremely flexible program will help employers meet OSHA and other federal and state regulatory requirements for training employees how to respond and care for medical emergencies at work.
This program conforms to the 2015 AHA Guidelines Update for CPR and ECC and the 2015 AHA and ARC Guidelines Update for First Aid.
Our Bloodborne Pathogens in the Workplace on-site training is designed to provide students with the essential knowledge necessary to help reduce or eliminate the occupational risk of bloodborne pathogens. The training program teaches the information every employee who has occupational exposure needs to know to avoid accidental exposure to potentially infectious materials and manage an accidental exposure if one occurs.
Our CarePlus on-site training is a combined adult, child, and infant CPR and AED program designed specifically for persons who are occupationally required or just desire to have CPR and AED knowledge and skills.The program is based upon the 2015 International Consensus on Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) Science with Treatment Recommendations (CoSTR) and other evidence-based treatment recommendations.
Child / Infant CPR and AED
Our Child/Infant CPR and AED Supplement is an on-site training designed to give students the knowledge and skills necessary to manage a cardiac arrest emergency for children and infants.This supplement program should be used in conjunction with MEDIC First Aid BasicPlus CPR, AED, and First Aid for Adults.
Our PediatricPlus CPR, AED, and First Aid for Children, Infants, and Adults on-site training provides an ideal training solution for schools, child care providers, youth sports coaches, and others required to learn how to respond to medical emergencies involving children. This versatile program is based upon the 2010 CPR and First Aid Guidelines, Caring for Our Children, 3rd Ed; and other evidence-based treatment recommendations.
