Test Zoom Pilates Lesson with Jules

30 minutes

This is a free one on one online session. We will test out the situation to optimize working together online, so that we have our visual and audio compatibility squared away before we try a real session.

Pilates Class

Mat Pilates

50 minutes @ $25.00

This is an all levels of experience class, however, if you have never taken Pilates before, you are required to take a consultation and/or come to a basic mat Pilates class first, to ensure your safety and maximize your positive experience. If you wish continue with equipment Pilates classes, you will need to take a consultation first.

CoreAlign

50 minutes @ $25.00

This equipment class focuses on the CoreAlign equipment designed on the Pilates principles by a Pilates instructor who is also a PT. If you have never been on the CoreAlign, you are required to take a CoreAlign consultation before enrolling in this class.

Please email before scheduling. This initial consultation is for the Pilates for very beginning students. You will get some understanding of how the mat and equipment work feels in your body, explore any issues you have and start to give you an understanding of how to keep your body safe in the exercises, and work yourself out to your ability. Will will talk about your goals and whether you can go straight into group classes, or if it is more appropriate for you to start with private solo lessons.

In-Person CoreAlign Consultation with Jules

30 minutes @ $45.00

Please email Jules before scheduling. This is a half hour consultation specific to trying the CoreAlign Equipment to see how it feels in your body. We will touch on some of the lingo and safety measures. If you are just beginning Pilates, this is probably not what you want, as we will not go over the general scope of Pilates. Schedule a regular 50 minute Consultation.

In-Person Jumpboard Reformer Consultation with Jules

30 minutes @ $72.00

Please email Jules before scheduling. This is a half hour consultation specific to trying the Jumpboard on the reformer to see how it feels in your body. We will touch on some of the lingo and safety measures. If you are just beginning Pilates, this is not for you. Schedule a regular 50 minute Consultation.

Series Pilates Class

This class is appropriate for beginners who are familiar with Pilates equipment, contact Jules if you are completely new. Your registration guarantees your spot in the class for the month. This is a monthly series with only three people per class. No refunds for missed classes, exceptions may be made for sudden illness or family emergencies. Masks required.
