BOOKING: When booking your appointment we ask for a credit card to be on file to secure your appointment. This card WILL NOT be charged unless you don’t cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before the beginning of your service. Our cancellation/rescheduling is $50.
AFTER HOUR APPOINTMENTS:
Appointments booked at 6am-7:30am and 6-7:30pm are considered after hour appointments which are an extra $20 on top of our original service price. Please go to after hour section to book these appointments. If you don't see a specific time needed feel free to reach out to us to see if the time slot is available.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We ask that you please CANCEL or RESCHEDULE at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or your card on file will be charged $50. If you cancel or reschedule the day of your appointment you will be charged 100% of your service. NO CALL/ NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service and will NOT be able to rebook.
LATE POLICY: There is a 10 minute grace period. After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 100% of the service. Please communicate with us if you’re running late or if you will not be able to make it.
