Convenience fees are per-house (not per-child) and are as follows:
Weekdays:
$50 - Under 5 miles
$75 - 5-15 miles
$100 - Over 15 miles
**$25 surcharge for high-volume before/afterschool hours (before 8am or 3pm and after)
**50 surcharge for Saturday and Sunday visits
**Housecalls performed on major holidays (defined as New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day Monday, July 4th, Labor Day Monday, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day) will have a flat-rate convenience fee of $200
If you would like a house call appointment, but do not see any availability in your area when you check the online calendar, please choose appointment type "Waiting List" and add your information to our waiting list for the day. We are often able to pick up extra patients from the waiting list, to accomodate you!

All other providers, please use online self-booking! And as always, all patients who are using Pediatric Housecalls for the first time, will have to use the online booking form to schedule the first appt. After that, you'll be in our system, and we will be able to book you by text!
