- You will receive your Zoom webinar or Phone-In instructions in your appointment confirmation email.
- For a webinar (face-to-face) reading, download the free ZOOM app to your device prior to your appointment by going to https://zoom.us/download if you don't already have it. Click on the link in your confirmation email to be connected to the Zoom meeting.
- For a phone appointment simply click on the link in your confirmation email, entering the password if requested. You'll be prompted to either enter the meeting as a phone call or a webinar. Alternatively, you may also click on the "One Tap" option. If you would prefer a phone call from Lisa, you must notify her via email at lisa@lisabousson.com after booking your appointment.
- All readings are recorded on the Zoom server and are available for 30 days. You will be emailed a link to download your audio recording. Recordings are a perk, not a guarantee. Lisa has no control over how Zoom processes the recordings or their success.
- Lisa is semi-retired and no longer offers evening or weekend appointments. These times are saved for classes, workshops, and public events. If your schedule dictates that you MUST have a weekend appointment special arrangements MAY be made if time allows. In this case you'll need to contact Lisa via 586-322-3217 to see what dates and times are available. Alternatively, Lisa can refer you to reputable and skilled colleagues.
