Having regular supervision is vital to good ongoing practice and looking after your own emotional health.

As a senior lead, the responsibility rests on your shoulders. Using reflective practice and discussion, your supervision will help you navigate those difficult issues and assist you throughout the year.

In purchasing this supervision package you will receive 12 30minute sessions across the year. You could have one session a month, or increase the frequency should you need to do so. If you need more than 12 sessions you will need to purchase these either on a monthly basis or a further block booking of 12 sessions.

These sessions are not suitable for those HCPC registered. They are suitable for Designated Safeguarding Leads, Safeguarding Governors, Directors of Safeguarding/child protection, trustees with a responsibility for child protection, sole practitioners who are not HCPC registered.
