During your initial Ayurvedic consultation, we will address your health concerns from a physical, emotional, and spiritual perspective. Based on this assessment, I'll create a personalized body/mind/spirit health-enhancing prescription. This will include recommendations for diet, stress management, exercise, emotional support, nutritional guidance, herbal supplements, and sensory modulation.
Ayurveda Follow Up Appointment
30-minute Ayurvedic support call to provide guidance on self care practices, and help navigate through any emotional issues that may arise.

Come breathe new energy into your life. This month's theme is letting go of what's no longer serving you. A group breathwork circle connects us with others who are dedicated to personal growth. Together we will practice emotional release breathwork therapy and have the opportunity to share about our experiences in a safe group environment.
Emotional Release Breathwork Session
Emotional release breathwork is a simple rhythmic breathing technique that helps you calm the mind and connect more deeply with your body. The experience is unique for every person, but people often notice reduced anxiety, a sense of being consciously present and connected, and in many cases have what they refer to as “a spiritual experience". The purpose of this practice is to help you open your heart, feel your own energy, and tap into what emotions may be blocking your access to peace.
Couples Breathwork Session
1 hour 30 minutes
A shared experience of breathwork can be very bonding. In a couples session, we will explore breathwork techniques, play connection games to build intimacy, and strengthen and develop healthy communication skills. You will have the opportunity to express challenges that may be arising in your relationship in a safe and loving container, and practice creative solutions to come back to a place of love.
Healing Your Relationship With Your Body: Group Session
1 hour 30 minutes
Join me and 11 others in this three month healing journey. Together, we will help each other to transform our relationships with our bodies. We will meet twice a month as a group, where we will discuss our personal histories as well as future goals of how we want to change our relationships with our bodies. Every other week we will also have a breathwork healing ceremony. Because it's a closed container you will be able to go deep, exploring and releasing trapped emotions.
Online Group Breathwork: Inner Child Healing
Unresolved pain from childhood continues to show up in our adult lives and can lead to challenges for ourselves and those closest to us. Because of this, it's important to spend time doing healing work with our inner child, where our adult selves can offer love and support. A group breathwork circle connects us with others who are dedicated to personal growth. Together we will practice emotional release breathwork therapy and have the opportunity to share about our experiences in a safe group environment.

In this workshop we will have the opportunity to safely express challenges that may be arising in the relationship, as well as drop into a place of gratitude and appreciation for your partner. A group breathwork circle connects us with others who are dedicated to personal growth. Together we will practice emotional release breathwork therapy and have the opportunity to share about our experiences in a safe group environment.
Integrated Approach Initial Consultation
1 hour 30 minutes
During our 90-minute intake, I identify energy blockages and design a plan that includes dietary recommendations, daily routine suggestions, breathwork therapy solutions, and healing arts practices. You’ll see improvements almost immediately, but I require a month-long commitment in order to work through all modalities and commit to a practice that will deeply strengthen your connection to yourself and help you feel more at peace in your body and mind.
Integrated Approach Session
After our initial intake, we will have one follow up session per week. Follow up sessions may include: dietary recommendations, daily routine suggestions, breathwork therapy, guided meditation, or healing arts practices.
Couples Integrated Approach Session
Includes couples Breathwork, connection and communication practices and diet and lifestyle check in for both partners.
One month Ayurvedic Diet and Lifestyle Counseling
We will start with a 90 minute initial consultation, where we will address your health concerns from a physical, emotional and spiritual perspective. Based upon this assessment, a personalized body/mind/spirit health-enhancing prescription is formulated. This will include recommendations for diet, stress management, exercise, emotional support, nutritional guidance, herbal supplements, and sensory modulation. We will follow up each week with a 30 minute call to fine tune your daily routines, and unblock patterns that can get in the way of your healing.
10 Calming Breathwork Sessions
Settle into your calming breathwork practice by committing to 10 sessions with Britt. This is a great option for folks who have stressful lives with limited time. This 30 minute breathwork therapy practice is like a nervous system reboot. Leave feeling calm, grounded and centered in yourself.
10 Emotional Release Breathwork Sessions
Take a deep dive into your breathwork practice by committing to 10 sessions. This is for folks who have done at least one 1:1 breathwork session with Britt, and are ready to take their practice to the next level. $300 savings to purchase a bundle of 10.
Healing Your Relationship With Your Body: 3 Month Program
per month for 3 months ($450.00 total)
Join me and 11 others in this three month healing journey. Together, we will help each other to transform our relationships with our bodies. We will meet twice a month, alternating between group work, journal prompts, and working in pairs. Here we will discuss your personal history of your relationship with your body, as well as future goals of how you want to change said relationship, and practical tips to help with this transformation. Also, every other week we will have a breathwork healing ceremony. Because it's a closed container you will be able to go deep, exploring what emotions and stories might be trapped in our bodies, and working to release them.
