During this session, I will give you a walkthrough of all the social media apps your child uses. I will also sit down with you and fill out a safety plan that you can use for your child (in case of a mental health crisis). I'll give you a customized social media contract as well as the templates you will need if your child says that a bullying incident has occurred. I will also provide mental health resources specific to your zip code, and I will answer any questions you have about keeping your child safe.
