Tuning is a sound therapy method using tuning forks that helps relieve mental, emotional, and physical stress. Each session includes 60+ minutes of Tuning as well as time in the beginning of the session for you to share your intentions for the session, and time is reserved at the end of the session to reflect and ask any questions.

Our Energy Medicine sessions are based on the teachings of Donna Eden healer, teacher, speaker and author of Energy Medicine. Using Applied kinesiology (muscle testing) we will assess different energy systems to identify which energies are weak, over energized, or out of balance, and make the appropriate corrections to bring the energies back into balance. Please allow for 75-90 min for this session. This includes time at the end of the session to discuss self care movements to do at home.

Reiki is a gentle, yet powerful technique that allows your body to enter a space of deep relaxation where it can facilitate the natural healing process for both the physical body and the emotional body to bring your bodies energy back into harmony. Each session includes 60 minutes of Reiki as well as time in the beginning of the session for you to share your intentions for the session, and time is reserved at the end of the session to reflect and ask any questions.

Pet Service - During this session we will telepathically communicate with your pet to gain an understanding of his current condition (physical, or emotional). While communicating with your pet I will present him/her with a gentle flow of Reiki energy to help facilitate the healing process. Because animals understand and use energy to communicate, these sessions have proven to be very effective. All Pet Communication and Healing Sessions are conducted remotely (via phone) .
