My portrait rates are all inclusive which means the session fee, professional retouching and image files for printing and sharing is all included! While I do offer high quality heirloom prints and products through your online gallery, you are not obligated to purchase anything outside of the fees listed below.

My calendar is open 1 year in advance. I book VERY fast and my online calendar reflects my actual availability. Peak sessions book up VERY quickly, depending on the season, I HIGHLY recommend booking 6-12 months ahead of time.

CREDIT CARD POLICY: I am requiring your credit card to hold your appt, you do NOT have to pay in advance to reserve your time slot (although you can if you prefer). However, your credit card will be charged a 50% Cancellation fee if you cancel your session with less than 48 hours notice.

NEWBORN SESSIONS cannot be scheduled online, please email me at erinjtownsend@gmail.com to set up a session at least 4 months BEFORE THE BABY IS BORN. *ALL NEWBORN SESSIONS WILL TAKE PLACE AT MY STUDIO IN MIDDLEPORT.

**I cannot guarantee a newborn spot unless email communication is established before the baby is born.

LOCATION: I am based out of Middleport, NY; if you have not made previous arrangements with me your session will be based in or around my locations in Western Orleans & Eastern Niagara Counties.

Due to the nature of my business I will have final say over location, however I am open to suggestion as long as it fits my other appointments.

I also may have to adjust appointment times by 10 or 15 minutes to accommodate drive time. I'm sure this online scheduling will make all of our lives easier, there are just a few bumps that I can't control because I don't always shoot at the same location which is unique to most scheduling software.
