Please note:
- New Clients should choose from the New Client section.
- No need to arrive early.
- Allows for up to 45 minutes plus your appointment time.
- This will insure enough time for paperwork, expectations, consultation time, questions, check out, and rebooking.
- Appointments include up to 15 minutes of consultation for free,
- All appointments will require a valid credit card on file. Cards will be validated.
- Some appointments require a deposit to book.
- These deposits will be applied to the cost of your service or will be refunded if you are paying with gift cards or certificates.
- Rescheduling and cancellations of appointments must be done 24 hours in advance to avoid incurring cancellation fees up to the total of the appointment's cost.
- All no-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment's cost.
- WAIT LIST
- If you book on the WAIT LIST calendar your appointment is a Request for a time that is currently unavailable. If you can book on the regular calendar, please do so. If the time becomes available you will be contacted by phone to confirm you are still interested. If the time is unavailable there is a possibility that you will not be contacted. We will do our best to contact you at the earliest possibility.
- Open to seeing someone other than Alli? Make a selection in the Add-On section and we will try to connect you with someone.
- When Scheduling, put WAITLIST in the Coupon/Gift Card location.
