About Scheduling
First, make sure you've selected the your own timezone from the drop down box
That way we'll both be on the call at the same time. I'm in California (that’s PST) - you might not be, so your 3pm might not be the same as my 3pm! But the clever little widget in my scheduler can sort all that out if you tell it where you are.
If you are scheduling a free session or a podcast recording call, skip the next section and go ahead and schedule below.
Payment - client sessions only!
If this is not a pre-paid session, look for the invoice from me that will arrive a couple of days before your appointment time and please pay it promptly. If you have not paid for a session, that session will not be held.
Rescheduling and Cancellation
Use the link in your appointment confirmation email to reschedule or cancel your appointment, if needed.
Missed appointments
If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours in advance of your appointment time and are unable to attend, this will be considered a missed appointment.
Because I will have held that time for you, and therefore it will be unavailable for someone else, you will still need to pay for the missed session.
Refund policy
There are no refunds for completed sessions.
Sessions are non-transferable.
Sessions must be used within three months of making a payment.
