We can't wait to provide you with the luxury and professional services that you deserve. The Tokyo Bradshaw Hair Agency thrives on the mantra of "High Drama Hair, No Drama Service." In efforts to make your experience memorable, here are a few reminders:
- Good energy is essential for a great appointment. Check your drama at the door and enter with positive energy.
- Friends are made here!! No Children or Other Guest will be allowed at your appointment or session unless they are receiving services also.There is no exception
- Please be advised that appointment times are for scheduling purposes only and your scheduled appointment time may not match your service time ie. your time in the shop may be longer than quoted when booking. However this is not the case for your branding session in which time if of the essence.
- A 20% non-refundable deposit will be required at booking a hair appointment, the only time this fee is refunded if Tokyo Bradshaw has to cancel your appointment.
- If you wish to cancel, please keep in mind that your deposit will be forfeited and will NOT be refunded.
- All remaining balances must be paid in cash.
- If you wish to pay with credit card or debit please be prepared to leave a photo copy of your id and written sign documentation as proof of payment and proof of services
- Credit and Debit transactions will incur a $25 USD fee
- For those of you booking branding and marketing sessions please adhere to the terms and conditions when booking.
