Strength Technique class is all about the technique in the bodyweight and barbell exercises that you will see in our Strength classes. Our knowledgeable Fitness Coaches will teach you how to do all of our foundational movements safely and effectively by breaking down the mechanics in squats, presses, deadlifts, push-ups, and more. If you are a beginner or just want to learn more about HOW everything works, join us in a gradual step-by-step approach to fitness. Practice makes perfect!
