Location: **All private in-person readings are closed for the time being.** In-person appointments are held in her private home office in Lake Elsinore, CA unless traveling out of area or state. Under certain circumstances, private in-person readings in your home can be arranged, but need to be discussed prior to booking (a travel fee may apply).** In-person SENTIRE sessions are closed for the time being.** These appointments will be held in the privacy of your home. A travel fee may apply.

Cancellation/No Show Policy:
Private Readings - You have 48 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Your credit card will be charged $50 for any cancellation or rescheduling not made within 48 hours of the actual appointment time. Group Readings - you have 72 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Your credit card will be charged $100 (for each time slot) for any cancellation or rescheduling not made within 72 hours of the actual appointment time.
Sentire - You have 48 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Your credit card will be charged $75 for any cancellation or rescheduling not made within 48 hours of the actual appointment time
**If you do not show up for your appointment, you WILL be charged for the full-service amount.**
Payment: It is requested that you choose the payment option "pay later" when booking your appointment. The card that you put on file will then be charged upon completion of service.
Recording: Taking notes during your private session is highly encouraged so that you can refer to them any time you wish. You may also make an audio or video recording of your private in-person session. Sessions via Zoom are automatically recorded and emailed to you. In choosing to record, you acknowledge and agree that any manner of recording shall and will be intended for your personal use only, and may not be reproduced or distributed for profit, public presentation, or any media purposes. No audio or video recording is allowed during any social group readings.
Guarantee: My goal is to always be of loving service to you and your loved ones. I cannot guarantee that the Spirit of a particular loved one will come through for you, but I can guarantee that you will have a meaningful experience and a sense of peace and guidance at the end of your appointment. If halfway through your session you feel that you are receiving absolutely nothing from your session or you, or I, feel that I am not the right medium for you, we will stop the session and you will not be charged.
