The ideal start to Pilates or for anyone that has not worked with the Reformer before.
The Reformer uses spring resistance to strengthen and stretch the entire body. In these class we teach you the essential Pilates concepts, we will show you how to use the reformer practicing the basics that prepare you to join a full Beginners class with confidence. You will receive the attention to detail required for you to learn the correct technique and have fun experiencing what Pilates has to offer.

The ideal place for anyone that already has experience with the Reformer.
A full-body workout that works on strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance whilst targeting the 'powerhouse' muscles (abs, lower back, hips and glutes). You will also fire up your deeper muscles that will stabilise your spine, pelvis and core.
You will receive the attention required to learn the exercises, correct technique and build the strength necessary to progress to more challenging exercises.

Suitable for those already familiar with the Reformer: confident with the equipment, techniques and beginners repertoire. In this class we learn the exercises beyond the beginners level and into intermediate.
This is a strong workout. Experience of intermediate Reformer and familiarity with the other studio equipment is essential.
Prerequisite: Prior experience with Reformers or attendance of our Beginners equipment classes.

Suitable for those that have been attending classes for some time and are familiar with the Reformer repertoire: You will be confident with the equipment set-up, the exercise names and techniques. In this class we continue to work on the intermediate exercises and introducing advanced moves. Preparing for more advanced and independent workouts.
Prerequisite: Extensive prior experience with Reformers or attendance of our intermediate Reformer classes.

An assessment is designed to address specific needs. It includes a discussion about your health and fitness, your aims and expectations and an introduction to the Pilates method.
It provides an opportunity for you to meet the Teacher and enables her to assess your ability, for you to feel confident she understands your aims and to ensure you are well supported during your Pilates practice. It is also an opportunity for you to learn the key elements and help you integrate them into future practise.
