These shorter consults are for those times when you don’t need or can manage a full session right now – but have some questions you’d like answered asap. 

Or you may need a herbal formula posted to you for an acute (current) illness or new symptoms like an UTI, ‘flu, period pain, broken bone, pregnancy related issue, insomnia, acute anxiety/depression, flaky scalp, eczema, aching joints etc. 

And/or you may have some food/diet related questions.
