As I await with great anticipation the 4th season of Paddle Nantucket (SUP Yoga and PaddleFit Coaching), I am thrilled to continue offering a wide rage of wellness coaching services including private yoga & meditation instruction, prenatal yoga, personal training, Sweedish and Deep Tissue Massage. I also teach weekly Prana Vinyasa Yoga & indoor cycling classes at The Yoga Room and The Westmoor Club and weekly Strong Girls Yoga classes for girls ages 7-13.
