A retainer/deposit of 50% of the desired service is required in order for you to secure your appointment. Please note that this retainer/deposit is non refundable, non-transferable and non-negotiable.
If you are unable to make your appointment, please call a minimum of 24 hours in advance so that your deposit can be credit to your next service. (this does not apply to same day cancellations). Clients are only allowed to reschedule an appointment once with prior notice. After rescheduling once you loose your deposit and will have to create a new appointment and make another deposit.
All appointments made via this link are scheduled in store at the harbour bay shopping plaza. For house calls or bridal parties please call or email your booking.
