This is a 60 minute Personal Training session where you'll be screened for functional movement and we will discuss your training goals so we can create a unique program for you.
Basic nutrition includes macro (carb, protein, fat) targets specific to your goal (general weight loss or weight gain) and reviewed fortnightly for alterations. This DOES NOT INCLUDE A MEAL PLAN or any other nutrition advice or tutorials. You MUST be familiar with tracking your own foods for this to be effective.
