Appointments require payment on the day of service. Cash and credit cards are all accepted.
Medicare provides bulk billing for dietitian appointments. However to be eligible for this you must have a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Care Plan from your GP. A copy of this plan and a GP referral letter is required at the time of consultation.
Private Health Insurance Funds
We are registered with all Private Health Funds, so individuals with Private Health Insurance (Extras) may be entitled to rebates for Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) Services, please check eligibility with your fund.
DVA (Department of Veterans Affairs)
We provide for the Department of Veterans Affairs. If you have a Gold card or relevant condition under other card types, you will not have to pay for your visit. Home visits can also be arranged if necessary.
Late Cancellations / No Show Policy
Please provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. Where possible, we will try to reschedule you to the next earliest convenient appointment.
A valid credit card is required to reserve a booking.
If less than 24 hours notice is given for a cancellation, the full fee may be charged.
This fee also applies for no-shows.
