NEW CLIENT - FILLS: If you want to book for a fill and have lashes on from another location, please schedule a CONSULTATION only. Do not book for a fill until we have had the consultation. Please understand that I focus on natural lash health and if your extensions were applied incorrectly or they are too heavy, long, etc, I may suggest a removal and new full set. The removal is complimentary if getting a new set right after. If the lashes are up to my standards as far as correct sizing, application, adhesive, technique, we can book for a fill but it may not be for the same day. I will NOT fill on another artist's work without a consultation first, NO EXCEPTIONS.
RETURNING CLIENT - FILLS:If it has been over 23 days (3 weeks & 2 days) from your last service or you have less than 40% of your extensions left, you will need to schedule for a new full set. I will contact you to reschedule if I notice that you are over that mark.
