There are 5 spots available for my ready set launch, business boot camp. 3 day getaway to the Laurentian Valley, stay at one of my cottages, dinner and breakfast included, yoga saturday morning, swag AND you'll leave with a clear business vision, direction and a full business plan. Content creation and social media for small businesses

For $500 you'll receive 1:1 coaching (to first evaluate your business and what it needs to generate sales)

The assessment helps you to better understand (and clarify) what you are best at doing and where to apply it. Scheduled into two 1/1.5hr video sessions, you're sure to leave with clearer insights about your career and which path to pursue. The price below includes HST.

Ready Set launch. 6 week coaching program to launch your business

It's time to ante up. Your side hustle can be your big money maker IF you do it right. Want to work from home, launch your candle business, start selling t-shirts? In this 6 week guided course you'll learn about business basics. Mon-Fri you'll receive daily tasks, guiding you step by step to be ready to launch a professional business in 6 weeks. This a non-judgmental program delivered through a cognitive behavioral approach. As this is one to one, you will greatly benefit from the customized approach to help you understand, regulate and healthily express emotion.
$1000 (inclusive of HST) and is delivered as 10 (weekly) 50 minute sessions, delivered virtually, one to one. You will receive a letter of completion at the end of the program.
