New Clients
New Clients we do not work over other lash salons work. New clients should book for a removal and new set if lash extensions are still present and are coming from another Lash Stylist.
Announcement(s):
Open Monday-Saturday and closed on Sunday. Due to COVID, we are asking all clients to sanitize hands before the start of your service. We also request clients to wear a face mask and or please reschedule your appointment if you are in any way feeling ill or have been ill within a week of your appointment. As always, we will continue to follow State Board safety guidelines.

Touch-Up Appointment
We recommend all clients receive Touch-Ups every 2-3 weeks. If it has been more than 21 days for your new set, without a touch-up in between, please schedule a new set when booking. Please note we recommend 3 touch-ups per new set to keep the client's natural lashes healthy.

Prepare for your Lash Appointment
PLEASE come with CLEAN lashes, if you have any cosmetic residue or oils your lash extensions will not apply properly. Resulting in falling off quicker! Lash Shampoo and Aftercare kits can be purchased as well for a fee of $15.00
PLEASE arrive to your appointment CAFFEINE FREE. Caffeine will cause your eyes to become very jittery and not relaxed. In my experience of applying eyelash extensions to clients who have consumed caffeine. I have noticed it takes longer to apply your eyelash extension application due to the jittery eye syndrome.
Consultation
* New Clients not sure of your desired look, length and have never worn eyelash extensions before, a consultation is provided before your scheduled appointment. The consultation will help the lash stylist better understand the clients' wants and needs. Please schedule 24 hours in advance before your appointment and include the Patch Testing. To do so click the add-on button.
Avoid Adverse Reactions ( PATCH TESTING)
* New Clients Patch Testing is required before application of eyelash extensions from your Lash Stylist. Few lashes are put in to test the area for allergic reactions. A Patch Test will be done during your initial consultation 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Although, Glamoureyze has never experienced clients to have any allergic reactions to adhesives, eye gel pads or eyelash extensions. It is our goal to ensure each client has a comfortable & professional experience. Please schedule along with your consultation.

Cancellation Policy
*We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. All of our appointment confirmations are sent via text or email. Please honor your appointment, if you must cancel or reschedule, please do so 24 hours in advance. To avoid a cancellation fee. If there is no cancellation/reschedule call made, you will be charged 50% of the appointment type.
Late Policy
*Please give a courtesy call if you are going to be late to your appointment. We understand things happen beyond our control which may cause you to be late arriving. There is a 10 minute grace period on all appointments. If you do not meet your appointment during your 10 minute grace period. A $10 late fee will be applied to your service. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes we recommend rescheduling your appointment with us.
No Call No Show Policy
A No Show will be billed for the full (100%) amount of the appointment. No further appointments will be made after your 2nd No Call No Show
Health & Safety Practices
We at Glamoureyze Lash, LLC deeply care about the safety and welfare of our clients and staff. We are closely monitoring the latest developments related to COVID-19. During this time of rapid changes and would like to keep our community updated with our policies. Although we are held to the highest standard regarding sanitation and infection control and are following additional recommendations to ensure that our facility are thoroughly cleaned throughout the day. As a reminder here are some general precautions during this time:
*Staff and clients who are experiencing any symptoms or who may have been exposed to COVID-19 should avoid coming in for appointments.
*Properly wash hands with soap and water for 20 seconds after certain activities, including bathroom breaks, sneezing, coughing, blowing your nose, before and after eating. Sanitizer is also available for al in lobby area.
*Keep hands away from your eyes, nose and mouth.
* If for any reason you need to sneeze, cough during your appointment, please advise team member(s)

Eyelash Extension FAQ's
What are eyelash extensions and how are they applied?
Eyelash extensions are single synthetic lashes applied directly to your natural lash, and are set not to touch the lash line with a semi-permanent bonding adhesive. A single extension is applied to a single lash, leaving the eyelashes and eyelids to move freely. They are applied carefully, one by one using specially designed tweezers. The entire process normally takes 1-2 hours depending on how full your natural lashes are and depending on the client's desired look.
Is it necessary to make an appointment?
Yes, appointments are necessary. Weekday and Weekend appointments are available.
How long will my lash extensions last?
There are many factors that go into answering this question. It depends on each individual's natural lash shedding cycle, how you sleep, and if you follow the aftercare instructions properly. The extensions should ideally stay adhered to the natural eyelash for it's life cycle (60-90 days). Things such as rubbing your eyes, excess makeup usage and removal, sleep, hot yoga, and swimming can weaken the bond and make the extension shed prematurely if care is not taken when doing those activities. Because of these activities, it will be normal to see some extensions shedding with a natural eyelash attached to it and some extensions shedding on their own if their bond was weakened or old. It is common to shed between 2 and 5 lashes a day, per eye so that a new eyelash can grow in it's place. This is why it is so important to staying on track with your infill appointments. Too much time passing will result in too much loss which will result in bigger infill appointments. Please note that each eye is different and each natural eyelash is on it's OWN shedding cycle. They are not the same.
Why do I need infills if they last up to six weeks?
The eyelash extensions fall out with your natural lash cycle shedding β which is 6-8 weeks, so very gradually β just a few here and there as new baby lashes come through. After 2 or 3 weeks you will start seeing gaps where the eyelash extension has fallen out, and new ones are coming through β at this point itβs a good time to get infills, so your lashes always look nice and full.
How do I take care of my new eyelash extensions?
Payments: At the end of your appointment, the balance of your service is due in the form of CASH. Please bring exact change as change is not always available. You do have the option to pay for the balance of your service using a DEBIT or Mastercard; however there is a processing fee of 2.7% when you swipe a card or 3.5% plus $0.15 for manually entered transaction. *No Refunds on any services* however adjustments will and can be made to suit the clients need. Effective immediately we will no longer accept Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, or any other third party payment processor. This does not include Paypal.
