Being a small business with appropriate paid staffing, we require a credit card to hold all appointments. This card will only be charged upon the completion of service or in the instance of late cancellation less than 24 hours, late arrivals or no-show occurrences. There will be a 50% charge if rescheduled or cancelled when booking within 24 hours as well.
Please also note when booking appointments for multiple persons you must schedule each individual separately with the services of choice per person. Booking appointments under one person's name with multiple services will not allow the sufficient amount of technicians or time to be available for everyone in your party.
