A pole yoga intro session for beginners. Pole yoga combines pole and yoga. The pole acts as a supportive device for balance, stretching, and strengthening.
The benefit of combining the two is that:

🤸🏾♀️You don't have to hold your balance and entire body weight from day one as you would if you were to do traditional yoga, as using the pole helps with that.
