You pick 1 - 3 poses per session

~ Visuals of the anatomy of the pose
~ Warm-ups & exercises to increase stability and mobility for the pose
~ Discovering how to do the pose with your unique anatomy
~ Options you can choose when a pose offered in weekly group classes
