PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY:
Given the current public health crisis, we do not know if, or when, the Ontario Public Health Office might issue an order to postpone or stop testing. PLEASE DO NOT DELAY IN BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT!
When candidates present for testing regardless of location, they will be required to perform hand hygiene and COVID-19 screening before proceeding to intake and testing.
This is an extremely difficult time for everyone. The OPPAT team very much appreciates your patience and understanding as we continue to navigate during the pandemic.
BEFORE THE DAY OF TESTING:
Candidates with a resting blood pressure that is above 160/90 mmHg,
and/or a resting heart rate that is above 100bpm at the time of intake
on the day of their testing will not be tested.
Candidates who do not follow the above instructions will have their test cancelled; NO refund will be issued. NO EXCEPTIONS.

CANCELLING AN APPOINTMENT DUE TO COVID-19 ( (including if you have been exposed to COVID-19, and/or you are symptomatic, and/or you have a +RAT and/or have a +PCR test):
If you have been exposed to COVID-19, please notify OPPATTM via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) as soon as possible with the following information:
Upon receipt of the above information, you will
be contacted to reschedule your appointment; please do NOT use the
registration system to reschedule your appointment.
Candidates are not be permitted to attend an OPPAT appointment for a minimum of 10 days from the time they have been asymptomatic for at least 24 hours (i.e., 11 days in total) and/or have received a positive PCR test result.
These requirements are more restrictive than the provincial requirements due to the growing case counts and because of the proximity to others during the test.
the serious nature of COVID, we will not make any exceptions to the
above in order to maintain the health and safety of all individuals,
including candidates, the testing team, and the community at large.
Any test that is re-scheduled for a later date can be cancelled but the registration fee will not be refunded.
CANCELLING AN APPOINTMENT (not related to COVID-19):
Are you cancelling an appointment that is seven (7) or MORE days BEFORE the date and time of the scheduled appointment?
Are you cancelling an appointment that is LESS than seven (7) days of the date and time of the scheduled appointment?
“SWAPPING" AN APPOINTMENT WITH ANOTHER CANDIDATE
“GIVING” AN APPOINTMENT WITH ANOTHER CANDIDATE
You will receive a text message reminder before your appointment
