For private training clients: here are a few tips to help streamline your scheduling process (If booking a group class, disregard the following):
1) If booking for the first time, schedule as a new client. For any additional sessions, schedule as an existing client to avoid filling out the form a second time. 2) Be sure to select one of the trainers listed in your welcome email, as they are selected based on your location, their availability, as well as suitability for your case.3) Please note that we post availability up to 6-8 weeks in advance. Check back to see availability as it is added.
4) If you'd like to get your session bumped up to a sooner time, check this link daily for cancellations. You may also email your trainer to ask to be added to their waitlist.
