A few tips to help streamline your scheduling process:
1) If booking for the first time, schedule as a new client. For any additional sessions, schedule as an existing client to avoid filling out the form a second time. 2) Be sure to select one of the trainers listed in your welcome email. 3) Please note that we post availability up to 6-8 weeks in advance. Check back to see availability as it is added.
4) If you'd like to get your session bumped up to a sooner time, check this link daily for cancellations. You may also email your trainer to ask to be added to their waitlist.
