First Time Client Introduction

Tax included. For first time clients, I will meeting with you for a 90 minutes session that will include an initial introduction to three of the five main lifts (squat, dead lift, press, bench press, or power clean).
Group Session (2 Person)
Tax included. This option is a great way to save money for training partners, couples, friends, or family members that want to train together.
One Time Drop in Client
Tax included. For first time clients dropping in from out of town for a one off session. Lifters choosing this option should have experience with Starting Strength or basic barbell training.
The Five Lifts Strength Camp
Tax included. Cover all 5 lifts (squat, dead lift, bench press, press, and power clean) in depth. Includes introduction to mechanical theory of the barbell movements, anatomical explanation of the movements, and coaching each movement up to a working set. Introductory programming and nutrition discussion available upon request.
3 Session Intro Package
Perfect for first time clients that want to work on all five lifts. Purchase this three session package to reduce the per session cost. Package includes one intro session (90 minutes) and two one hour follow up sessions.
