Please be aware of our cancellation policies regarding No-Shows, Late-Shows and Same Day Cancellations BEFORE BOOKING!
Tardiness Policy:
We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re stuck at work, in traffic, running behind schedule, etc. It happens, we know! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of our esthetcians' schedule by delaying them for their clients who come in on time. Appointments are in high demand and your timely cancellation will allow you, and other clients, access to timely services. A $10 late fee will apply after 10 minutes.
Same Day or Late Cancellations:
A “Same Day or Late Cancellation” applies to appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your confirmed and scheduled appointment time. This applies to cancellations due to being late to your appointment, services being removed or changed from your originally scheduled appointment, or the cancellation of one or more services from your scheduled appointment. All cancellations without a 24 hour notice will be charged half of the service price.
No-Show:
A “No-Show” is a client who does not show up to their scheduled appointment without canceling a minimum of 24-hours in advance. Failure to be present at your scheduled appointment time without notice, will be recorded in each client’s chart as a “No-Show”. A second occurrence of “No-Show” without reasonable cause may result in client discharge from the facility.
