Healing program with Amy J. to assist you in teaching, leading, and expanding your ability to be seen, heard, respected, and successful as a teacher, leader and master in your field, community and world. Topics covered include but are not limited to: what is learning? What is teaching? Why are you motivated to teach? Obligations as a learner/teacher how to create environments that are conducive to learning easily organization fears related to learning and teaching brain vulnerability when teaching/ learning teaching persona your influences competition vs collaboration active listening burn out your voice gurus teacher brain candy making space for failure boundaries as a student/ teacher empathic teaching/ learning Participants in this program have 4 30 minute one on one healing sessions with Amy J. during this 8 week program to work through resistance, challenges and issues they have when it comes to teaching, learning, leading, and facilitating; each of these sessions will be structured and customized. Participants will receive homework assignments to reinforce healings and practices. Each participant is encouraged to read Amy J.'s book "An Instructor's Guide to Educating with Kindness and Leading with Love" as a text and workbook while they participate in this program.
