Salt Room Session
Salt spa sessions are 45 minutes and begin every hour on the hour.
All that is required is for you to sit or lie back in a zero-gravity chair and breathe deeply. Microparticles of Himalayan salt are dispersed into the room while you relax, read, sleep, or meditate.
We ask that you be mindful of others that may be in the session with you and leave bright lights and loud noises outside of the salt room.
Yoga and Meditation
1 hour 30 minutes
Love Yoga, but wish Shavasana lasted longer? This class is for you! The first Thursday of each month brings you Salted Yoga with Danielle (45 minutes) followed by 45 minutes of Guided Meditation with Holly. You get Yoga, meditation, AND salt therapy all in one and it's a great way to wind down from the week and gear up for the weekend. All experience levels are welcome!
Prepayment is required.
Please bring a yoga mat.

Chakra Meditation with Holly
The chakras are important centers of energy that appear throughout your body. For thousands of years, keeping the chakras in balance has been linked to maintaining mental and physical wellbeing. Through chakra meditation, you can improve the balance of your key chakras and bring your health and mental attitude into a more peaceful state.
Join Holly as she educates you about and guides you through the chakras and bringing them into balance all while breathing in the healthy and relaxing salt air.
Mommy and Me Salt Session
Bring the little one(s) (ages 3 moths to 9 years) to play in a completely new setting - a room filled with salt! The tactile sensation is a hit with babies and small children and you both get the amazing benefits of a full salt session! There are toys galore that will allow them to fully enjoy the salt floor and there is no expectation of quiet. The salt room can accommodate 6 adults in chairs and 6+ children, but it can be booked for a larger group if parents plan on playing in the salt with their kids.
Salted Yoga with Danielle
1 hour 15 minutes
This one hour yoga class is an easy flow style yoga. Each class will be different and based on your requests of focus areas. Feel free to let Danielle know of any injuries or life events such as pregnancy so that she can provide modifications as needed.
Please bring a yoga mat and clean socks.
