An interactive, engaging and positive workshop, building on No 1. Learn about changing behaviour, neural pathways and how our thoughts 'light up' the brain in the same way as our actions. Stop looking back and identify clear ways to move forward positively, related to your individual concerns. The workshop ends with a lovely hypnotic relaxation session, which will support your desired change.
Zoom Personal Consultation (Session 1)
1 hour 10 minutes
We explore the parts of the brain that impact on your emotional wellbeing, as well as how your thinking and past experiences influence how you feel. We discuss you, now, and your hopes for the future. The session ends with a relaxing 'taster' of hypnotherapy and a download to listen to moving forward.

Part 1- we explore your hopes for moving forward and what difference that will make.
Part 2 - personalised hypnotherapy session related to any blocks/identified issues.
