Salon Policy
**Cancellations:**
- Clients are kindly requested to provide at least 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
**Late Arrivals:**
- We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, but we encourage clients to arrive on time to ensure the best possible service.
- If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the salon reserves the right to modify or reschedule the appointment.
**Sick-Like Symptoms:**
- For the well-being of our staff and other clients, we kindly request that clients with contagious illnesses or flu-like symptoms reschedule their appointments.
- In such cases, cancellation fees may be waived upon providing a doctor's note.
**Non-Refundable Deposits:**
- Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service.
- In the event of cancellation, the non-refundable deposit will not be returned.
**25% Scheduling Fee:**
- A scheduling fee of 25% may be required for all services.
- This fee will be applied to the total cost of the service and may be subject to the same cancellation policies as other appointments.
**Rescheduling:**
- Clients are welcome to reschedule their appointments, but we ask for at least 48 hours' notice.
- The rescheduled appointment should be within a reasonable time frame (3 weeks max), and the deposit or scheduling fee will be transferred to the new appointment.
**No-Show Policy:**
- Clients who do not show up for their appointments without prior notice may be charged a no-show fee.
- Repeat no-shows may result in a prepayment requirement for future appointments.
**Refund Policy:**
- Refunds are not permitted. You have 48 hours to contact the salon of any styling discrepancy. We are not liable for hair reverting due to weather conditions, lifestyle circumstances such as working out and exercise. Please follow styling recommendations for aftercare.
**Policy Communication:**
- Clients will be informed of these policies during the booking process and are encouraged to ask any questions for clarification.
**Policy Updates:**
- The salon reserves the right to update these policies as needed. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
