1 hr apparatus classes
Trapeze and Slings: Level 2/3
Slings and Trapeze! In this class you will learn how these two apparatus parallel each other as you are introduced to more challenging sequences and skills on each. You will develop greater strength and flexibility while having fun learning skills and and building endurance on each apparatus!
*Prerequisites: Must have mastered the set of skills taught in Mixed App. Lev 1 and successfully completed the Level 1 routines for silks and trapeze.
Mixed Apparatus -- Level 0 and Level 1 (Drop in)
Learn the basics of silks, lyra, trapeze, and sling!
Begin to build strength and gain flexibility as you learn the foundational skills and core sequences on each apparatus. Attending this class will also be a good way to find if out you have a preferred apparatus you want to focus on.
1.5 hr apparatus class
Aerial Silks -- Level 4
1 hour 30 minutes
Challenge your strength, endurance, and flexibility with intermediate/advanced sequences & moves. Learn to stack drops you already know, as well as foundational prep for more advanced moves including wheel downs, roll ups, & open drops.
*Prerequisites: Must be able to cleanly invert in the air. hand over hand climb to a height of 15 ft, execute a clean double star, complete a 3-4 min sequence, and demonstrate knowledge of intermediate skills and vocabulary.

Silks Level 2/3: Belay Series DROP-IN (Instructor approval required)
1 hour 15 minutes

Come unravel the mysteries of the belay wrap from the belay queen herself, holly dison! Whether you are new to belays or find yourself hanging out in them frequently, this class will break down the fundamentals of this highly versatile intermediate skill and show you more ways into and out of belay then you thought possible. There's a reason the belay is holly's favorite wrap!
Flexibility for all levels
Specifically designed to supplement aerial training, this all levels flexibility class will focus on proper alignment and form, active flexibility, injury prevention & increased mobility. Learn exercises to target front & middle splits, back bends and shoulder flexibility, as well as toe point and wrist mobility.
*This is not a contortion class, for students seeking higher level flexibility training, please ask an instructor for a recommendation.
