Brilliant Basics Workshop

This session will consist of pranayama (breathing), chanting, warm up and surya namaskara, with a large focus on breaking down some of the most common asanas that we practice in class; warrior 1, 2, high plank, crocodile, triangle and a few more, getting a deeper understanding of alignment in the asanas. This session will be beneficial to anyone starting a yoga practice or for anyone who has been practising for a while and would like to deepen their understanding of asana alingment.
