Please read policies before booking an appointment.

You are responsible for reading the following before booking your appointment.

Located: 595 Wimbledon RD NE, Atlanta, GA 30324 (Free Parking Lot)

Accepted forms of payment: All major credit/debit cards & Afterpay. Cash is accepted, but must be exact change.

Booking Policy: A deposit is required to book. Deposits are non-refundable, but transferable within 14 days from the original booking date. Deposits will be deducted from your total at your appointment. Please make sure you are booking all the services you want, and only booking services you have time for. You will be charged for all services booked.

Late Policy: There is a 10 minute grace period. Please text/call if you are running behind. Please note that your service may be minimized if you are running late. You will still be charged for all services booked. If you are running more than 30 minutes late your appointment may be cancelled and will be charged a cancellation fee.

*If I am running more than 30 minutes behind your service your service will be discounted.

Cancellation Policy: Please cancel/reschedule 24 hrs in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Refer to the confirmation email to reschedule/cancel. Reminder, deposits are non-refundable, but transferable if used within 14 days from the original booking date.

Nail Art: Kouture Klawz specializes in hand-painted nail art. Art is very time consuming and requires great skill and the pricing reflects that. Any desired nail art (including french tips) MUST be booked. Any add-ons that are not booked in advance cannot be accomodated.
