NEW POLICY ALERT: All appointments under $100 require full payment upon booking. Monies collected during booking are non-refundable. Refunds will be given at the owner's discretion in the event of extenuating circumstances or if the owner initiates a cancellation.
Wedding bookings and other appointments that cost more than $100, will require a 50% deposit.
All wedding bookings, require a consult, prior to services being rendered.
A 10 minute grace period will be given for tardiness. If you are more than 10 mins late, you will be charged $20. If you are more than 20 mins late, your appointment slot is forfeited. You will have to reschedule a new time at full price.
Travel arrangements can be made for parties of 5 or more. A travel fee will be assessed.
Processing fees (from Square) will be added to appointment and deposit prices for all credit/debit card transactions. To avoid processing fees, balances can be paid in cash. If payments are not made in cash, the processing fee of 3.5% plus $0.15 cents, will be added for cards swiped. In the event of deposits, and remaining balances paid through Acuity scheduling (square), there is a 2.9% plus $0.015 cents processing fee on deposits.
