This live outdoor Holistic Yoga (DanMuDo Basic Form - Korean Tai-chi) class will help you attain relief from nervousness, tension or lethargy – This Holistic Yoga practice, usually referred to as DanMuDo basic form, is a form of moving meditation similar to tai-chi, this class comprising of 20 minutes of joint opening exercises combined with light stretching followed by 20 minutes of DMD basic form for moving meditation, will leave your energy revitalized and feeling one with the Cosmic Energy.
