Please join Neil McGuffog for this combination restorative and uplifting practice designed to help us discover those characteristics that no longer serve our highest good (fear, anger, resentment, envy, etc.) and recover via yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. Breathing techniques will also be used. All levels of experience welcomed. Having props (blocks, strap, bolster) is helpful but not necessary.
