Deposit Goes Towards Service

PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE BOOKING


  • DEPOSITS: All deposits of $15 are NON-REFUNDABLE no matter the time of the service or cancellation.
  • RESCHEDULING: Rescheduling is only tolerated until you contact Shafon. Depending on the situation your deposit may be counted towards another appointment. She will need to be notified 24 HOURS PROIR TO THE APPOINTMENT!
  • REFUNDS: No refunds! They will only be given if an appointment is canceled by Shafon's behalf.
  • LATE FEE: Late fees are $15 up to 15 minutes. $25 after 15minutes. On busy days appointments will be canceled after 15 minutes.
  • CANCELATIONS: Remainder of service is due if canceled less than 24 hours prior to appointment & no call no show. All cards will be charged for remainder of service.
