A Reiki session is for energetic balance and release. Using the subtle energies of the body to bring a deep relaxation which facilitates the healing process. This can be a great way to restore ones own natural life force energy resulting in being more at peace, confident and a deeper connection to your intuitive nature.
This session is facilitated over zoom and includes a guided meditative experience to bring you into the relaxed state of being and receive the Reiki healing.

Distance session. We will have a brief telephone conversation to discuss your needs and current energy followed by a distance healing session. Clients will receive and email or call to discuss the session, guidance any questions and suggestions moving forward.
