I require 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment. Cancellations/no shows made with less notice and missed appointments will be charged the entire session fee to the card on file. When an appointment is scheduled I reserve my time to give you individual attention. I consider it a confirmation and commitment that the appointment time will work with your schedule, and if not, I appreciate and anticipate that you will contact me as soon as possible so that I have enough time to offer the appointment to another client wanting a service. Each time there is a short-notice cancellation or broken appointment, I do not get paid, my time is wasted, and I am unable to schedule a client on my waiting list. I understand emergencies and weather occur, and I will do my best to work with you on a case by case basis.
Once you choose your appointment type you will have the option to add on more time and additional treatments. At the end of scheduling your appointment you will have an area to leave notes of anything I may need to know before your come in for your appointment. Please do not try to put a 16 number Square Gift Card "Redemption code" into the"Gift Card" space in this scheduling program. They are two different systems and entering it into this program will not allow you to make an appointment. The Square Gift Card is actually a credit card which can be used in that field during check out. The Gift Card space in this program is only for certificates (6-8 letter and number combination) and packages generated through Acuity. Your card should tell you which system was used.
Due to COVID-19, I will be implementing the following:
1. All services are by appointment only. There will be no walk-ins for appointments, to make appointments, or to purchase gift certificates. Gift Certificates can be purchased on our website. Please call 719-494-4276 or visit my website http://www.bodyforlifemovement.com to make your appointments.
2. If you (or anyone in your household) are feeling ill the day of your appointment, PLEASE STAY HOME. I will temporarily adjust my cancellation policy from 24 hour prior to appointment notice to 4 hour notice, to account for feeling ill the morning of your appointment. If I do not receive a cancellation 4 hours prior to your appointment, or you do not show for your appointment, you will still be charged the entire appointment fee. If you (or anyone in your household) has tested positive for COVID-19 within 10 days of your appointment, please cancel it until everyone in your household has been symptom free for 10 days or tests negative for COVID-19.
3. Because I cannot guarantee the facility, previous clients, and all staff in the facility are COVID-19 free, all clients will be asked to sign a waiver releasing Body for Life Movement from any responsibility of passing on COVID-19 during your service. If you choose not to sign the waiver, I will not be able to work with you in person at this time.
4. I understand this is a scary time, and since I cannot guarantee that the office facility and/or staff has not been exposed to COVID-19, I understand that you may not want to take this risk to come see me. I do offer 30 minute Virtual Guided Movement Therapy sessions for just this reason! The VGMT sessions will help you decrease pain, aches, and stress, and can help you increase movement in areas where you have limited range of motion.
