We use a price schedule based on the expertise and experience of your therapist:
We require 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment. Cancellations made with less notice are assessed a $25.00 cancellation fee. When an appointment is scheduled we reserve the time of one of our therapists to give you individual attention. We consider it a confirmation and commitment that the appointment time will work with your schedule, and if not, we appreciate and anticipate that you will contact us as soon as possible so that we have enough time to offer the appointment to another client wanting massage. Each time there is a short-notice cancellation or broken appointment, your massage therapist does not get paid, their time is wasted, and we are unable to schedule a client on our waiting list. We understand emergencies and weather occur, and we will do our best to work with you on a case by case basis.
Once you choose your appointment type you will have the option to add on more time and additional treatments. At the end of scheduling your appointment you will have an area to leave us notes of anything we may need to know before your come in for your appointment.
