Olivia began her career in mental health working on an inpatient psychiatric care unit where she developed the skills for crisis management, coping with severe psychopathology, and working within a behavioral change framework. In developing her clinical experience, she also worked at John Jay College Counseling Center where she developed strengths in working with complex trauma, mood and personality disorders, identity-related issues, depression, anxiety, and career-related stress.
