SUP Yoga Basics (Sunday 10:30am)
This workshop is for people who have wanted to try SUP yoga, but are nervous because they have limited experience with SUP, yoga, or both! We are going to spend 3 hours learning the basics of paddling, getting into simple yoga postures on the board, and creating comfort with balance on water! There will be a 30-minute break to eat the lunch that you bring to the workshop! All equipment is provided. All levels welcome!
